Tiara Slater is a professional digital artist and graphic designer turned entrepreneur. Having founded her own design firm, Queen Designs, LLC, Tiara’s passion lies in bringing her client’s visions to life. Within just 4 years of business, Tiara has worked with a diverse portfolio of businesses including government agencies, interior designers, beauty & fashion businesses, and up and coming artists. She’s been recognized by the U.S. Air Force & U.S. Army for her print designs.

 

Tiara is currently encouraging self-love, confidence and culture acceptance for black women through her illustrative design platform, Black is Gold ®. While creating positive illustrations, her artwork is printed on items such as canvas art, beauty accessories, and home décor. Her work has been featured twice in Fashion GXD Magazine and Essence magazine.
